I purchased this after my dog died. It took me two years before I opened the box, but with every diamond placed, I felt myself heal just a little bit more. It may take me longer to frame it and place it on the wall, but it’s helped me heal. I loved this painting. Took me only two weeks to put it together.

This was the canvas that brought me to DAC. I had just lost my chihuahua, Lizzie, due to the neighbors dog. I saw this and instantly knew I could modify the dogs colors just a little to closer resemble my beloved pup. I also made the frame myself to give it a more personal feeling. At the tine, I was a beginner at this addicting hobby. Not anymore 😅
