I use wax instead of putty for my multiplacers. As longs as I don’t overfill it, then the drills settle in perfectly. Otherwise, the spread out a bit just like any other multiplacer.

I really like this multiplacer. It's nice and thin, yet holds rounds and square alike very well. The only reason for 4 stars is that it was very loose and wouldn't stay in my (non DAC) pen. I added some superglue to keep it in place (no reason not to - I have glued all my tips on my pens) so it's not an issue anymore. I have the steel tips on my other pens as well (4, 7, and 10) but they are non-DAC and are a bit 'fatter' and sometimes harder to use with some drills for some reason. I think I am going to get all the sizes from DAC and cycle mine out. They are pricier through DAC, but I think the quality is worth it!

This works great. Best tool out there. it is a very fine slot so the diamonds are placed perfectly when you are painting. love them!
