This image is beautiful, but the canvas came with small spots all over it that were not sticky. It would be fine but then every few inches, a diamond would not stick at all no matter what I did. I contacted support but they told me that my only options were to spend $106+ on an order to get free shipping on glue they gave me a code for, pay the shipping for the glue, or send it back for an assessment. They wanted me to pay shipping up front to send it back since I am a Canadian customer, then they would assess the canvas and issue me a refund. The canvas is also out of stock, so even with a refund I'd be out of luck. At this point I had already put in about 10 hours on the canvas; the support representative was also very rude, implying that I was lying because the issue sounded "odd."
Super disappointed with the quality of customer service, and bummed they wouldn't just send me some glue to repair it since I'd already invested time and I do love the image.
Definitely making me reconsider ordering from here as a Canadian customer even though I am a diamond tier member.

I'm a huge fan of MrsButterD and this kit came as a beautiful surprise. With pastel warm colours and a gorgeous artwork, it truly is a pleasure to work on it. Very relaxing and I wish it never ended!

Such a gorgeous canvas, the colours are beautiful, there’s plenty of colour blocking which makes it go fast but little bits of confetti which help keep it interesting and keep the detail. I’m a huge fan of MrsButterd’s art and I love that this is festive without being in your face.
