After a fire burned down her first gallery in Fortuna, CA and Covid closed the second in nearby Ferndale, Ms. Daetwiler packed up her family and moved to Maine. There, with her nine chickens and a dog, she paints things the way she sees them, creating windows into other worlds through imaginative storytelling. She is a self taught artist whos work often contains hidden elements and a twist or two if you look closely.

Apart from lack of space due to how wide it was a fantastic piece to do really enjoyed
I love wolves so I had to buy this DP! Did anyone else notice all the fun animals in the rocks and in the tree stump! I love the creative way other animals were added into the picture. ♥️ Thank you Dakota!
