Kim was raised in Minneapolis, MN, and spent his childhood summers up at the lake with his grandparents in rural Minnesota. After graduating from Minneapolis Community College and spending eight years as a commercial artist for Honeywell, Kim realized it was time to go freelance with his own unique style. I’m doing this as a visualization exercise so the universe can know where I want to live in 5 yrs *cough cough*.
This was my first large size canvas and I was so overwhelmed at first, but it came together beautifully and did not take me as long as I thought it was going to.
This makes me want to go on a vacation somewhere tropical! I can’t wait to hang this in my home office.
