Hit or Miss Quality – Especially with Small Drills
I’ve bought several kits from Diamond Art Club, and while I appreciate their designs and customer service, I’ve experienced recurring issues—especially with the small drills. Many times, the drills (particularly the black ones) are noticeably smaller than the grid squares on the canvas. This causes gapping, uneven texture, and a less polished final product.
It’s frustrating because the quality feels inconsistent. Some canvases are beautiful and a dream to work on, but others feel rushed or poorly manufactured. For example, the most recent kit I completed was perfect—sharp symbols, flawless drills, no problems at all. But the one before that? A nightmare of popping drills and misalignment.
I really want to keep supporting Diamond Art Club, but for the price, I expect more consistency. Have reached out to DAC multiple times and they just say there’s nothing they can do. Just so frustrating ive had multiple bad experiences now. These kits are not cheap, i go here for an premium experience, but just get left with frustration.
