I used to LOVE Dac. I still love the renderings they produce and the love the art available. And this image I fell in love with, reminded me of a character from a book I’ve read so had to get it. It’s turning out well, they all do, however there are some major frustrations coming into play and it’s not just this painting plus the others I bought since they “upgraded” things. The glue, especially on the outer sides is slippery, feel wet. Then they change the drills, love that they don’t leave maps but that’s the only thing I like about them. They are sharp bc of all the facets, they rub my skin RAW. There’s also TONS of either hollowed out drills or one with a bulge; neither can go in the canvas. Oh and they slant, (not all) but there are for many that slant and again you can’t use them. The trash is worse than it ever has been. And the tool kit? It’s a joke. The trays are poorly made, the pen is cool concept but it’s thin and again poorly made, give us the option to opt out like every other company. I would brag about the lack of trash in em. Dac your quality is dwindling but your prices are increasing, hence why my purchases have been less and less over the months, not that y’all care but I just wanted to leave my review.
