Simona Candini graduated the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Bologna, Italy and has been a full-time artist since 2010.Her works, showcased in galleries around the globe, embody a beautiful yet sometimes dark world inhabited by big-eyed girls and improbable creatures. This project was fun to work on. The color palette of the top, middle, and bottom of the painting was fun to switch up the project. It progressed from blue-gray, to pinks, to greens. All the little bits to the painting (like the cookies, rabbit, and mushrooms) make it fun, one of the main reasons I love working on the artists rendering.
