Hanging Sign - Home Sweet Home

I loved doing this little sign. Ive given it as a gift. The ABs in the sign are gorgeous and really catch the light. I hope DAC bring out more

I enjoyed working on a ready to hang sign because it was quick to work up. The end result is pretty, but i don't enjoy the feeling of adding drills to a wooden back because it takes more pressure for the drills to stick. There's also a small perimeter of sticky adhesive exposed after completion so tons of dust gets stuck.

This was so much fun to do. I also love what seem to be slightly bigger square drills and how they fit perfectly together. The fact that it was immediately ready to hang on the wall and didn't cost me any more money to do so, was definitely an added bonus! I sure hope there will be many more of these projects for those of us that don't have a lot of money.

Fun to work on. Nice to have a small one to do instead of a large piece that takes weeks.

This one had a bit of learning curve getting used to placing on the wood instead of a canvas. And not having a true border was a bit odd at first, too. The drills wanted to slide more, also. But once I got used to those things, it worked up pretty quick. I had to use a lighter touch because of the sliding and be really careful with a straightening tool.

This little sign came out so beautiful. It’s so sparkly. I love it.
