Kim was raised in Minneapolis, MN, and spent his childhood summers up at the lake with his grandparents in rural Minnesota. After graduating from Minneapolis Community College and spending eight years as a commercial artist for Honeywell, Kim realized it was time to go freelance with his own unique style. As a Christian artist, Kim believes all of creation is a reflection of Gods glory, so he painstakingly researches every detail in his work to make sure it is captured as precisely as it would be found in nature.

This kit reminds me of all the time I have spent on the northern shore area in Minnesota. The kit is high quality, and contains everything needed to complete it. Looking forward to seeing more art from the artist.
