We’ve got your shipping covered! Enjoy free worldwide shipping on orders over $75 USD. For orders under $75, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Processing Time

All orders ship from our Fort Worth, Texas distribution center, and we aim to ship in-stock items within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). In rare cases, processing may take up to 4 business days.

Pro Tip: If your order includes a pre-sale item (you’ll see this on the product and cart pages), the entire order will ship once everything is available. To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-sale and in-stock items if you want the in-stock items right away.

Delivery Times

If you're in a hurry, DHL Express is available for faster international delivery.

No P.O. Box or APO/FPO Shipping

We’re unable to ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. If you're in a rural area and cannot receive mail at a physical address, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Stolen Packages

Carriers sometimes mark packages as "Delivered" when they’re still en route. In most cases, the package will arrive within 2 business days.

If your package hasn’t arrived after 2 days, and you’ve checked around your address, please contact Customer Service for help.

Please note: Diamond Art Club is not liable for packages marked as delivered or any theft after delivery. If you believe your package was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

Duties & Customs

Most countries include duties, taxes, and fees at checkout, but some locations may require additional fees upon delivery (this will be noted during checkout).
