The photos of this simply don't do it justice. Online, it looks so dark. And it is! So dark, brooding, and moody. But in person there are subtle variations to the background. The shifting effect make it look like shadows passing over the moons in the most gorgeous way. I gifted this piece to a dear friend who immediately said, "My husband is going to feel SO GUILTY that I have been spoiled by you!" I guess that's what best friends are for - spoiling with the most amazing diamond art we can find.
I rated this as a 3 for challenge level simply because 310 can be a beast to work with. But really it was super fun, easy, and was a great way to spend some of my spooky season! I worked on this 8/4/2024 - 10/11/2024 (though no work was completed from 8/25 - 10/5 due to traveling and working on a different canvas for Drills and Chills 2024), total work time was 38 hours and 46 minutes.
