"Still Waters" is the first canvas I've worked on continuously from start to finish, without getting distracted by other projects. Normally, I have four canvases (WIP) going at the same time because I need a lot of variety. But with "Still Waters," that's not necessary. The combination of all the shades of green, the incredible variety of purples, along with touches of yellow and a bit of red, is just so much fun. I'm really enjoying working on it <3

This image reminds me of a recurring dream I have of a lush green area with mountains and water. The dream is calming and beautiful. I love the intricate details in this image, and for how big it is, I'm going through it really quick. I'm over half way done and it's been only about a month.
