I loved the way this turned out! It looks perfect in our beach themed home. Susan Winget is one of my favorite artists that you represent.
I love the original painting but the transition to diamond art was below this company’s usual standards. Some of the bead color choices were much brighter than the color used by the artist, particularly the blue colors on the seashells. The artist put an hint of blue on some of the shells. The diamond art paining used bold turquoise colored beads instead. Other bead colors were the wrong colors and did not coordinate with the original painting at all, especially with the bow on the basket. Had to make several revisions to get the diamond art painting to reflect more of the original painting.

Enjoyed working on this painting and watching the sea shells come alive. Used the new Diamond Art Club putty pen which worked great for regular and AB drills. Just needed to keep putty on tip (not edges) of single placer otherwise it would pick up another drill. The painting has a beachy feel, of cool air, and relaxing times.
