After a fire burned down her first gallery in Fortuna, CA and Covid closed the second in nearby Ferndale, Ms. Daetwiler packed up her family and moved to Maine. There, with her nine chickens and a dog, she paints things the way she sees them, creating windows into other worlds through imaginative storytelling. She is a self taught artist whos work often contains hidden elements and a twist or two if you look closely.

I love the imagery of this! The AB drills add just the right sparkle into the butterflies and smoke. Customer service came through I was missing diamonds but they got me most of the ones I needed. I never had to do that but they are true to word. I love this dp though I think it's one of my favorites
