Shipping & customer service issue
The organizer is beautiful and heavy duty with 3 size different sized containers. However, I'm only leaving a 2 star review because I was very frustrated with customer service after my container shipped separately from the one canvas kit I ordered with it and appeared to be stuck in its shipping system. Let me explain - This was my first DAC purchase so I was excited to get started. I received my first canvas kit in 2 business days! Wow! But when I looked at the tracking for the diamond storage container it said USPS was awaiting the package... this went on for 3 business days. I contacted customer service on the third business day only to be told that they needed to check with their fulfillment center which usually takes 3 days. 3 days to figure out if you shipped my item!!! This was way too long to await a response (and they never did get back to me). I received my diamond storage container a week after my canvas. I didn't want to wait to start on my new kit so I ended up going to a local hardware store to purchase another container system (as seen on You Tube) for half the price that works great. I'm still happy I purchased the DAC container system but hope that they can get their shipping issues resolved faster than 3 days and that customer service can be a little more helpful. They are quick to reply to a concern but don't strive to resolve it.
