Kim was raised in Minneapolis, MN, and spent his childhood summers up at the lake with his grandparents in rural Minnesota. After graduating from Minneapolis Community College and spending eight years as a commercial artist for Honeywell, Kim realized it was time to go freelance with his own unique style. As a Christian artist, Kim believes all of creation is a reflection of Gods glory, so he painstakingly researches every detail in his work to make sure it is captured as precisely as it would be found in nature.

Absolutely Stunning 😍
This is one of the first DAC paintings I purchased. Started January 4th and finished it March 5th. It is so beautiful. I love all the colors. The trees and flowers are heavy confetti, but the sky gives you a break with some color blocking. Can’t wait to hang this up! Retirement goals!

If you love candy pastel color palette, you will love this canvas! It is not like the usual beach colors dominated by blues but this one is more pretty pastels with lilac, pink and soft browns. I will enjoy working on this one for sure!
