I just finished this yesterday, and it's perfect for if you want a break from a huge piece but don't really want to do a mini DP. It's very pretty with vibrant colors.
It didn't take too long to complete, but is definitely still a few days worth of effort.

This is beautiful but I think something happened in production because her nose was crooked, the shading of several places was off, and her staff halfway up looked disconnected because it wasn’t lined up with the rest of it. I’m putting the challenge level higher because I readjusted the placement of a lot.

I had to get this picture for my daughter she loves watching princess mononoke, really good size and the detail is amazing, the colours are just beautiful overall this picture is absolutely beautiful
This is my first DAC purchase and I've worked on and I was blown away by the canvas and tools but the drills are NOT what I was expecting with all the hype around DAC. So many have what look like air bubbles ruptured on them so lots of trash drills and a weird amount of drills stuck together or having extra plastic pieces coming off of them too. I had only done cheaper kits from Michael's before and never had this many trash drills so it was disappointing to have to pick through so much from a DAC kit. That being said it's turning out really pretty. Only one drill spot that feels like a weird color choice (I took the drill off to confirm I didn't have a wrong color and it's correct) that in the original art is part of a light streak but rendered it doesn't read that well.

First kit from DAC. Just started this hobby a few weeks ago in UK. Trying out various suppliers at a range of prices. Always hearing about DAC but don’t often order from abroad… however all reviews tempted me in. Free shipping at 58 quid was great, plus other taxes dealt with. Ordered Thursday…arrived in 4 days!!! Very impressed with quality of kit, and tools are good too. Will review again when I start this lovely kit.
