Contest Rules
Introduction: Diamond Art Club, located at 66 West Flagler Street, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33130, hosts this Contest. Participation requires acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Eligibility: The Contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Employees of Diamond Art Club, their immediate family members, and associates are not eligible to participate.
Contest Period: The Contest begins on March 11th, 2024, at 10:00 am PT and concludes on March 16th, 2024, at 11:59 pm PT, or when scratch card supplies are exhausted, whichever occurs first. Only orders placed within this timeframe are eligible. Orders placed after the depletion of scratch cards are not eligible for the Contest.
If the scratch cards are depleted before the end of the contest period, we'll notify everyone via SMS (make sure to sign up for SMS updates by texting DAC to 49877, US only) and through our mobile app push notifications. Additionally, we'll update the contest page and remove the announcement bar from the website promoting the contest.
Update as of March 16th 2024, 11:00 AM PT: All cards have now been depleted. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT will not include scratchers.
Entry Methods: Participants may enter the Contest using one of two methods:
- Purchase Entry: Place an order during the Contest period.
- Mail-In Entry: For entry without purchase, send a postcard with your name, address, email, and phone number to Diamond Art Club, 66 West Flagler Street, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33130. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 16th, 2024, and received by March 31st, 2024.
Total Number of Cards: A fixed number of scratch cards has been produced. Once supplies run out, no more winners will be selected, even if entries are received within the Contest period.
Prizes: Every scratch card is a winning ticket.

- 5 x $100 Vouchers
- 100 x $50 Vouchers
- 100 x $15 Vouchers (minimum $75 order)
- Remaining scratch offs: $10 voucher with a minimum purchase of $40
General Conditions: Diamond Art Club reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other circumstances that may compromise its integrity.
Liability Release: By entering, participants release Diamond Art Club and its affiliates from any liabilities related to the Contest, including disruptions, injuries, losses, or damages arising from prize acceptance, possession, use, or participation in the Contest.
Data Protection: Participant information will be handled in accordance with Diamond Art Club's privacy policy. Participants consent to this and confirm the accuracy of their data.
Governing Law: The Contest is governed by Florida law, excluding principles of conflicts of law.
Void Where Prohibited: The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
