Christopher Lovell is a self-taught, Welsh artist - based in the UK - who grew up on sci-fi, cartoons, fantasy books and toys. The nostalgia of these still triggers his imagination and pours into his art. As a traditional, fantasy artist, Christopher built his career designing illustrations for bands and T-shirt companies, and is now focusing on his own personal work, creating art without limitations. His hope is to build an educational platform that will inspire like-minded artists to develop their skills and pursue their own careers in art.

What can I say? Christopher Lovell and DAC continue to knock it out of the park! Medusa was a wishlist item for quite some time, so being able to work on her finally was an absolute dream. She is perfection and well worth the wait. All good things must come to an end, but thankfully I had also purchased her sister, Euryale, who I am working on now.

When I purchased Medusa, I mistakenly thought she was a black and white image. I thought this herald of Ancient Greece would be a fine addition to a Dark Academia themed room. Imagine my delight when I discovered the background of the canvas features glints of coral pink and apricot. The contrast makes Medusa 'pop', highlighting her beauty. If Hesiod was here today - he would no doubt be an avid Diamond Painter, eager to revamp his tale of 'hideous monsters' to that of 'a beauty that stuns'... pun intended! :)

Love it! It is absolutely stunning
This was my first time enhancing a kit as I loved the picture but was very afraid I wouldn't finish due to the original colors!
I am 85% happy with it. As I messed up the top snake and it looks more like a chameleon on her crown piece🤦🏿♀️ Looking far off and looking up close while working had me mess up as I couldn't tell where the snake began or ended...and I worked in sections so that probably didn't help.
But this was another wonderful canvas as usual🫶🏿
