Was feeling a bit burnt out with my current WIPs since they’re all quite big, and when I saw this size of Mega Dazzles get released, I was beyond excited for it! After recently getting them in the mail and working on them for the past few days, I’m happy to say that they’re beyond what I imagined—and I’m so glad I got them!
Price:
In all honesty, the price point seemed a little steep at first, but after seeing the artwork, the variety/vast amount of drills, and the shine the drills have, it’s completely justified and worth the price point!
Drill Quality:
I’m not sure if DAC has changed their drill quality lately, but these fairy dust drills are absolutely STUNNING and they’re so heavily faceted, I can’t help but be in awe whenever I work with them. The amount of “fairy dust”/shine applied to the drills also seem to have increased, and these drills honestly have been my favorite to work with. There’s hardly any trash/concave drills, and the drills are precision cut and uniform to perfection.
Canvas Quality;
I was honestly pleasantly surprised with how sticky these canvases are! With talks of certain newer kits not having the best adhesive, I was a little wary of that applying to these as well. But these are extremely sticky and the glue is poured on thick! Definitely don’t find myself having to reach for my DAC self adhesive with these🙏🏻
