Between Two Tomes

It's been a few years since I did any diamond paintings (it was my COVID hobby during quarantine) so I was pleasantly surprised to see the improvement in quality. Pros:

- This came with a twist and pick pen, and a 4- and 7- drill attachment.

- The printing on the canvas is clear and easy to identify.

- The key is color coded as well as having symbols that are distinct enough to not be confused for something else.

- The drill tray comes with a stopper and lid, which is great for those times where you have to drop everything to deal with real life.

- The plastic protector is perforated, with red lines to indicate sections. You can remove one section at a time to keep the glue safe.

Cons:

- The plastic is really just useful in rows/for transportation of the original piece. I've found that switching to parchment squares is more helpful for keeping the glue intact while working.

The drill colors for this kit are bright and although it’s a large kit with a dark background the colors still POP on the canvas.

Love this picture. It’s a bigger canvas with lots of darker background diamonds, but there’s lots of detail present because of the size. Worth the time.
