Pretty but missing a color

Working on this DP and although I love the vibrant colors im missing a color. I emailed Dac and they responded fast and I got notification it was sent however its been 10 days and still have not recieved my missing color. I been shopping with DAC for 5 years now and this is my first issue with delays.
