I haven't tried this new tip yet but I'm hoping it will make it easier to twist puddy out the end of the tip due to the finish on it.

I love the twist and pick pens. While I like this, I think I prefer the original but both are winners.
If you are going to buy a tip for your Twist and Pick premium pen this is the one to get. The texture makes twisting the tip much easier.

This textured tip is so much better than the previous design, particularly if you use putty. I couldn’t twist the old design without using a silicone gripper. Now, I can use my putty and easily twist without issue. This is especially helpful as I have a type of inflammatory arthritis, and eliminating the need to strain my hands, makes this hobby much more enjoyable.
